Rasch has worked for the St. Louis County Sheriff's Office for 17 years.  He transferred into the Criminal Investigation Division (Duluth Office)in 2015.  The division consists of one Sgt, four general investigators, one dedicated ICAC/Computer Forensic Investigator and one civilian evidence tech.  

Working with child victims, and helping to hold offenders accountable has proven to be a rewarding part of Rasch's current responsibilities.
